As well-known for his furniture and lighting as he is for designing more than 35 bars, restaurants and clubs across the UK, Lee has merged the two at Coquine bar (pictured) on London’s Old Brompton Road. Centred around pieces from his ‘Heritage Boy’ collection, it also features crystal decanters transformed into pendant lights, Rococo paintings and a slick petrol-blue and gold palette in the club-like basement. As the name suggests, it’s a classic space with just a hint of mischief.
